SJD85- 3、SJD65- -3 series multi axis drilling machine is a new type of drilling machine developed by adopting advanced foreign technology (SMW method) and combining with China's national conditions. It is mainly used in waterproof retaining wall of underground works, protection wall of buried pipeline, waterproof and anti-seepage wall of river dam, and reinforcement of other soft soil foundation. The pipe gallery has the characteristics of large construction depth, good soil retaining and waterproof performance, and low construction cost.

Main performance characteristics

1. Multi shaft drilling has high construction efficiency, large starting torque and strong overload capacity. 2. Stable operation, accurate guiding, high groove forming accuracy, and the verticality can be controlled within 0.2%. The reinforcement depth is more than 32 meters, and the thickness is 0.36-1.0 meters. It has strong trafficability for some complex strata. 3. The mixing shaft is equipped with different blades, which can effectively mix the soft soil and curing agent, make the slot hole uniform up and down, and ensure the strength and anti-seepage ability of the wall. 4. The construction process has no vibration, low noise, no pollution to the environment, no lateral extrusion, and little impact on adjacent buildings. 5. The chassis configuration is reasonable, which can be easily operated in the environment of multi bend, small radius dike and soft soil foundation. 6. It can be used with bzj160 full hydraulic walking pile frame of our company.
